This is Coach April's forth year coaching for Desert Elite and she is currently coaching our 16-1s team. She has coached many age groups from 13s to 18s for the Desert Elite program.

Coach April started her coaching career at Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas. She coached the Women's JV team and later helped coach the Varsity Men's team. During that same time she started coaching for Desert Elite.

Coach April started with volleyball when she was a freshman playing for Green Valley High School in Henderson, NV. She quickly improved and soon moved up to Varsity where she made back to back trips to the Nevada State Championship Tournament. In her off season, Coach April played club volleyball for the Wahinies Volleyball Club in Las Vegas.

If you are able to make it to one of her teams tournaments you will undoubtedly see her very beautiful daughter Kali running around. Kali will most likely be following in her parents footprints with a long and prosperous volleyball career.
